Mepilex 4" x 4" (10 x 10cm) Soft Silicone Absorbent Foam 1 Dressing

Mepilex is a soft, highly conformable foam dressing that promotes an optimal healing environment for hospital quality wound care at home. This breathable dressing with moisture-proof backing layer gently adheres to dry skin, promotes patient comfort during wear, and helps maintain a moist wound healing environment. Constructed with Safetac technology, a soft silicone adhesive layer, the wound dressing seals the wound edges and prevents drainage from leaking onto the surrounding skin, which minimizes the risk of maceration or skin break down that may result from prolonged exposure to moisture from a wound.
